A particular event has recently been brought to light through several social media platforms. It was said that some corps members who worked as part of INEC's ad hoc staff during the election took to protesting their unpaid allowances.

During what was termed as a peaceful protest, a particular corps member was allegedly tear-gassed. The guy whose eyes was closed and dimmed after the encounter started to rant and express his discontent.

People around who supposedly witnessed the incident aired it and shared it on their individual social media pages.

A particular individual named @WalkerSavage8 on Twitter took to sharing a video showcasing the disoriented state of the corps member after he was allegedly tear-gassed.
