A Legit.ng reader has shared the story of how he met his beautiful wife while they were both serving their country. The young man revealed that he and his wife had served as batch B corps members for the 2017/2018 National Youth Service Corps.
In a chat with Legit.ng, the young man had narrated how he met his wife three days to the end of their orientation in Magu camp in Jos, Plateau state.
The husband explained that he and his wife were posted to separate places after camp but they found a way to continue their relationship.

According to him, God blessed them with a child while they were serving and they decided to tie the knot during their service year. They got married in Benue state, and welcomed their baby girl.

He said: "I get to meet her 3 days to pop from Magu NYSC camp Jos plateau state.... She was posted to shedam LGA while I was posted to Jos north..... My relationship with her led to pregnancy... So I decided to plan for my marriage before my pop in December 16, 2018."
The man also revealed to Legit.ng that they were supposed to be paid by the government as married corps members, but they never received the payment.
"We got married before POP in order to start up a family with the cash reward that is attached to when two corps member got married..... I wrote a letter to my LGI, but I did not get feedback... But, finally I did my marriage in Benue state December 16, 2018 and now we are in Bayelsa state trying to build a life."
