Man asks for prayers for his 2 brothers kidnapped in Zamfara

- A Twitter user identified as Ahmedibb has cried out over the alleged kidnap of two of his brothers in Zamfara

- He shared their photos on social media and asked social media users to say a prayer for them wherever they may be

A seemingly heart-broken Twitter user identified as Ahmedibb has cried out to the public over the alleged kidnap of two of his brothers in Zamfara. Ahmed shared their photos and revealed that they were kidnapped on March 30, and have been missing for over 24 hours.

He employed social media users to say a prayer for them as it is not sure whether they will return home safely or it will be their last. Many social media users have reacted to the post with most of them praying that the two brothers, yet to be identified by name, return home safely.

Reports have shown that many areas in Zamfara has suffered one mayhem or the other in the past few months. Recently, the village of Kursasa of the Shinkafi local government area of Zamfara state was greeted with pain and reasons to mourn on Saturday, March 30.

Legit.ng gathered that a gang of gunmen attacked some onions farmers on their farmlands, killing at least ten of them. The police spokesman in the state, Muhammad Shehu, confirmed the attack, adding that security personnel have been deployed to the area.

It is in the same state and on the same date that the two brothers were reportedly kidnapped.

Meanwhile, no fewer than 40 people have reportedly lost their lives as suspected bandits attacked Zamfara communities. The fresh attacks were said to have occurred in Danjibga and other communities in Shinkafi and Anka local government areas of the state. Governor Abdulaziz Yari has, however, sworn to deal with bandits troubling the north central state.
