Drama has erupted at a burial ground after it was alleged that the husband of the deceased woman had beaten her to death. The woman had reportedly been pregnant at the time she passed away.

The lady identified as Amarachi Emmanuella had died in 2018 after her husband allegedly beat her to death.

According to reports, the tragic incident had taken place nineteen days after they tied the knot. The husband had allegedly assaulted his wife.

It was also reported that the man had told his wife's parents that she was sick before she died. He had reportedly claimed that his wife had died of shortage of blood and blood pressure after she was rushed to the hospital.

A Facebook user identified as Engr Sansiro Ebuka,who shared photos and videos from the burial, claimed that the lady had been buried amid tight security.

Ebuka had also alleged that the husband had asked the wife's family not to come with more than five people. The Facebook user also claimed that her body was not taken to church according to the Catholic custom.

The Facebook user noted that the deceased had been taken straight from the mortuary to the cemetery.
