AS Monaco midfielder Cesc Fabregas named Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi, ten others in his all-time XI squad.
The 30-year-old joined his present French League side Monaco from Chelsea during the January 2019 transfer window.
Fabregas got his career started at Arsenal in 2003 and scored 35 goals in over 200 topflight matches for the Gunners during his eight year reign at the club.
He returned to his boyhood club in 2011 and went ahead to win six major titles - excluding Champions League in four seasons.
The Spaniard returned to the Premier League in 2014 and spent close to five seasons with Chelsea, where he won two EPL, one FA Cup and one EFL Cup titles.
His reign at Stamford Bridge came to an end in January 2019 as he joined Monaco during the winter transfer window.
He has however picked players from his past clubs and national team to make his greatest starting XI of all time according to the Mirror.
In goal for the Spanish midfielder will be FC Porto goalkeeper Iker Casillas - whom they played at the national team together.
The legendary Real Madrid shot-stopper appeared for La Furia Roja 167 times and won the World Cup and two European Championships.
Dani Alves, Jordi Alba, Gerard Pique and Chelsea legend John Terry are the preferred back four for the midfielder.
Eden Hazard, ex-Arsenal star Patrick Vieira and Barcelona great Andres Iniesta will control proceedings from the midfield.
While Lionel Messi, Diego Costa and Thierry Henry are up front, while some top-class players like Carles Puyol, Frank Lampard, Xavi, Sergio Busquets and Robin van Persie are left out of the XI.
