Service chiefs and heads of other security agencies met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa on Thursday, March 28.
According to The Guardian, the agenda of the closed-door meeting was not made public; though the president holds regular meetings with heads of the security agencies, during which, he gets briefings on developments within their areas of responsibility.
Legit.ng gathers that the service chiefs at the meeting were: chief of defence staff, General Gabriel Olonishakin; chief of naval staff, Ibok-Ete IIbas; chief of air staff, Air Marshal Sadiq Abubakar and acting inspector general of police, Mohammed Adamu
Lt Gen Tukur Buratai, the chief of Army staff and Ahmed Abubakar, director of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) were, however, represented at the meeting.
Also in attendance were the minister of defence, Brigadier General Mansur Dan-Ali; national security adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno and director general of the Department of Security Services (DSS), Yusuf Bichi.

Recall that Legit.ng previously reported that President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, March 5, went into a closed-door meeting with security chiefs of the country.
It was learnt that the meeting commenced around 11am at the president’s office in the State House.
