Nigerian man reveals what a policeman did to him because of N100 bribe in Imo

- A Nigerian man identified as Mc Taproot has called blue murder over the actions of a policeman in Imo state

- According to him, he was attacked by a policeman identified as Candy Bole at Obilubi, Imo because the driver of the vehicle he boarded refused to bribe the officer

- He called out the officer and asked that relevant authorities stop him before he causes worse harm to citizens

An angry Facebook user identified as Mc Taproot has called out a certain Candy Bole, said to be a police officer in Imo state. According to Taproot, he boarded a vehicle which was plying the route of Orji to Ikeduru road in Imo on March 27, and got injured by the brutality of the officer.

Sharing photos from the scene of Facebook, he claimed that officer Bole demanded a bribe of N100 from the driver of the vehicle and because the driver refused to succumb to the demand, the police officer allegedly smashed the side mirror which resulted to Mc Taproot getting injured in the face area.

He shared the bloody photos on social media as well as the picture of officer Bole and cried out that relevant authorities do the needful in bringing Candy Bole to books. He added that Candy also threatened to shoot him with his gun and it almost resulted in a huge fight but as a citizen who respects the law, he decided not to retaliate and keep the peace.

He however cried that authorities call their officer to order before he cause real harm to innocent citizens.

Meanwhile, the Police Service Commission (PSC) has reportedly set in motion plans to demote some police officers in the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).

Officers who are going to face the are those whose promotions have been adjudged to be undeserving.

The commission would also be promoting officers who were demoted for no justifiable reason.
