Man City, Barcelona, Ajax are among teams aiming to win treble this season

All across Europe there are four clubs still in contention to win three trophies this season.

These clubs are still in contention to win their respective domestic leagues, Cups and at the continental stage, the Champions League.

Here are the four clubs aiming to win a treble in the 2018-19 season

1. FC Porto

They are the most successful Portuguese club in history as they have conquered the domestic and continental competitions in the past.

This season, Porto have been drawn to face Liverpool in the Champions League quarter finals and at Cup level, they have a semi final date with Sporting Braga.

The Dragons are level on points with league leaders Benfica at the top of Primeira Liga as they seek to steal the title away from their closest rivals.

2. Ajax

The Amsterdam out pulled off one the biggest upset by knocking out holders Real Madrid in the Champions League round of 16.

Now the Dutch giants will test their resolve against Cristiano Ronaldo's Juventus in the last eight.

But on the home front, Ajax are second behind PSV on the Eredivisie table and have qualified into the Dutch Cup finals.

3. Manchester City

Pep Guardiola's side have already pocketed the Carabao Cup this season and are still much in contention for three competitions.

City have a quarter final date with Premier League side, Tottenham in the Champions League and a semi final date in the FA Cup as well as a fight to finish league tussle with Liverpool.

4. Barcelona

Lionel Messi and co are sitting comfortably on La Liga table with ten points above Atletico Madrid in second and 12 points ahead of Real Madrid.

Ernesto Valverde's side will also play Valencia in the Copa del Rey final and lock horns with Manchester United in the Champions League quarter finals. ( -> We have updated to serve you better.
