Wilfred Ndidi has expressed satisfaction after the Super Eagles battled past Seychelles by 3-1 in an AFCON qualifier played in Asaba.
The win saw the three-time African champions top Group E after finishing with 13 point, four above South Africa who will battle Libya for second spot.
The Leicester City midfielder who was instrumental to winning a penalty against the Pirates took to his social media handle to praise the team's performance.
“Good win to seal the top of the table after qualifying for Afcon 2019,” Ndidi tweeted.

Gernot Rohr's side will take on Egypt in an international friendly at the Stephen Keshi Stadium on Tuesday, March 26.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that the Super Eagles of Nigeria defeated Seychelles by 3-1 in a final Group E AFCON qualifying match played in Asaba.
Odion Ighalo increased his tally to seven goals as he scored from the penalty spot. Rody Melanie capitalized on a defensive error by Francis Uzoho to level matters at 1-1 before half time.
Henry Onyerkuru put the Nigerian side back in front before substitute Moses Simon marked a return to the team with a 90th minute strike.
