Social media has been buzzing with reactions ever since photos from a burial believed to have taken place in Edo state, surfaced on the internet.

While many people are used to seeing people get buried in the conventional rectangular-shaped coffins, it appear some people are stepping up their games when it comes to last wishes.

Currently trending on social media are photos from a burial in Benin, Edo state. What makes the ceremony stand out from others is that the burial coffin is shaped like an airplane; a rather odd choice to be buried in.

In a similar story, a man from Benue state became the talk of many people on social media after pictures from his burial ceremony surfaced online.

While many people would expect to see a casket or the body wrapped in white clothes as is the case with some religions, this elderly man identified as Ajingir Tsa, buried with a mattress, and bedspread.
