Despite that, some other people have noted the power of social media is assisting people in need and they sometimes take to the internet to air their plight hoping that a good Samaritan will locate them.

Such is the case of a young lady identified as Pricillia Ngodoo David on Facebook. She took to the social networking site to lament about her poor financial state as well as needing a ‘destiny helper’.

The 24-year-old reached out to with the hopes of helping her locate a helper because according to her, she is getting old.

Pricillia explained that she is not financially stable to complete her university education and she needs someone to locate and help her. She wrote: “I am not financially stable to complete my university education, he should locate me and help me”.

The young lady also added that she studies Theatre Arts at the university.

Who knows, Priscillia’s destiny helper might be ready to locate her.

Meanwhile previously reported that a young girl gained the attention of Nigerians after she was spotted complaining bitterly for being sent out of school over her inability to pay fees.

Since the video went viral on Instagram, a number of Nigerians have reacted in various ways. Many people found the girl’s action funny while others were saddened that she would be denied an education over her parent’s inability to pay her fees.

Instagram comedian and politician, Mr Jollof, took it a notch higher by promising to grant Success scholarship to university level. He wrote: "Please who can locate this child for me ? I will give her scholarship till she graduates from university Please anyone with useful information should contact me THANK YOU".
