An angry fan has demanded that Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers return to Celtic barely one month after joining the Premier League club.
The 46-year-old joined the Scottish League champions in 2016 and has already won seven titles n in just about three seasons.
Since Rodgers' departure, the Celtic Park outfit have won three out of their last four matches - with the fourth one ending in a draw.
But the supporter, who felt aggrieved by the tactician leaving the club last month, was found in a hostage situation.
Meanwhile, the authorities were sighted negotiating with him to free the people he had in his custody outside a block on Springbank Road around 11pm on Monday night.
In the clip, the man can be heard shouting: “I want a bag of cans, I want Brendan Rodgers back, I want a job."
The unknown man further stated in anger that: "You traded immortality for mediocrity. Never a Celt, always a fraud."
Daily Record reports that the man shouting about Rodgers has eventually been arrested and charged.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland told the publication: "At 11.15pm on Monday, March 18, officers received reports of a male causing a disturbance on Springbank Road, Paisley.
"Armed police and a negotiator were dispatched to the scene. At 00.05 a 31-year-old man was detained and taken for hospital assessment.
"No one was injured. The 31-year-old was then arrested and charged. A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
