- Tino Blaz Laus landed in trouble after celebrating his side's goal in an obscene way
- The 19-year-old forward scored one of his side's goal in their 3-1 win over Hrvatski Dragovoljac
- Laus' celebration was similar to Diego Simeone's style when Atletico Madrid defeated Juve 2-0 in Spain and that of Ronaldo in the return leg Juventus won 3-0
Hajduk Split Under-19 star Tino Blaz Laus has been suspended after his bizarre goal celebration in their 3-1 win over fellow Croatian side Hrvatski Dragovoljac.
The teenage striker took a cue from Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone to celebrate his side's third goal in 56th minute of the meeting.
It would be recalled that Argentine tactician after his side's famous 2-0 win over Juventus in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League celebrated one of his side's goals in a bizarre way.
However, he was handed a heavy fine by UEFA, while his side were eventually dumped out of the competition after losing 3-0 to Old Lady in Turin this month.
Laus was also unable to avoid punishment after such celebration as he was sent off the pitch during the game.
Referee Ivan Vuckovic handed the 19-year-old straight red after which he covered his face with his shirt as he trudged off the field.
Simeone, who claimed he performed the celebration to show his side had shown "cojones", said he was not angry with Ronaldo for seemingly copying him in the return leg.
Legit.ng earlier reported that a rival match in the Turkish third division was taken to another level when a player was attacked with sharp object during Amed SK and Sakaryaspor tie last weekend.
According to reports, Mansur Çalar walked behind Ferhat Yazgan and attacked him with a razor blade before the match.
The Amed Sk midfielder repeated the act as he reached for the throat of the 26-year-old Sakaryaspor's player.
