As such, Unai Emery will be seeking to field a relatively strong squad against the French side who are in modest form.

The hosts will be boosted by the availability of Alexander Lacazette who missed the first leg on suspension.

Lacazette played a pivotal part in Arsenal's 2-0 win over Manchester United at the Emirates in a Premier League clash and will be buoyed by the performance ahead of their Europa League tie.

The Frenchman will therefore be expected to lead the attack line alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with who he has formed a lethal partnership with upfront.

The Gunners will however miss the services of Sokratis after his red card in Rennes, with Shkodran Mustafi now expected to fill the void in a back three that will include Laurent Koscielny and Nacho Monreal.

Lucas Torreira who is serving a 3-match domestic ban could return in the midfield with Granit Xhaka, Maitland-Niles and Kolasinac.

Arsenal's predicted line up:

Goalkeeper: Petr Cech

Defenders: Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal

Midfielders: Maitland-Niles, Xhaka, Torreira, Kolasinac, Ozil

Forwards: Lacazette, Aubameyang

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Alexandre Lacazette has tendered an apology after his red card in Arsenal’s 1-0 loss to BATE Borisov in Thursday evening Europa League clash.

Arsenal need to win the reverse fixture at the Emirates next week if they nurse any ambition of reaching the Europa League last 16.
