Real Madrid have confirmed the arrival of Zinedine Zidane’s first signing after his return as the club as sealed a massive deal for Brazilian defender Eder Militão.
The 21-year-old Militão, who moved to Porto from Brazilian side Sao Paulo last summer, has been in top form since arriving European football and has emerged the best defender in Portuguese topflight for the fourth time in February.
In a brief statement in Real Madrid’s official website, the Los Blancos confirmed that the defender has penned a six-year deal at the Santiago Bernabeu, starting from June 30.
Interestingly, the centre-half, who also doubles as a right-back, featured 20 times for Porto in the Portuguese topflight this campaign, netting two goals along with two assists.
