Nigerian gospel singer Sinach's Way Maker hits 100m views on YouTube

Way Maker by Nigerian gospel artiste, Sinach Joseph, has become the first Nigerian gospel music video to reach 100 million YouTube views.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that this feat, which was achieved on Thursday, March 7, 2019, makes Sinach the third Nigerian artiste to attain 100 million YouTube views.

In December 2018, DMW boss Davido’s Fall became the first Nigerian song to make the cut. This was followed by powerful performer and singer Yemi Alade’s Johnny in January.

Sinach took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone by writing, “100 million celebrating Jesus! HE’S THE ANSWER TO IT ALL, JESUS!”

The award-winning singer is known globally for several gospel hits songs which include, Way Maker, I Know Who I Am, Great Are You Lord.

Meanwhile Legit.ng previously reported that gospel singer, Frank Edwards, recently took to social media to share the story of his humble beginnings with fans.

He revealed that he sold okpa for 10 years with his mother. Okpa is a delicacy popularly known in the eastern part of Nigeria.

The gospel singer shared the post to inspire and advice people about waiting for God’s time. He stated that all the difficulties people go through before they succeed is training for the future.
