- David Luiz has been found wanting of refusing to be substituted from a match
- The defender was seen telling Arrizabalaga to respect his coach's decision after being substituted in his side's defeat to Man City
- Luiz was said to have shouted at his former boss Antonio Conte during one of their matches
Chelsea defender David Luiz has reportedly been found guilty of refusing to be substituted while at Paris Saint Germain in 2016.
The Brazilian was spotted appealing to goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga during Chelsea's EFL Cup defeat to Manchester City at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
Luiz was said to have appealed to the Spaniard to respect the coach's decision after trying to replace him with Willy Caballero as the game headed into penalties.
"I just said to him we have to respect the decision of the coach." Luiz was quoted to have told his teammate after the game.
SunSport reports that the former PSG star was also found defying orders from his boss on the touchline.
He was referenced to have refused to come off when coach Laurent Blanc had Marquinhos ready to come on to replace him.
One year down the line, reports claim that the 31-year-old got into a spat with ex-Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.

Luiz swore in Conte’s direction when he was hauled off after just 57 minutes in the Champions League 3-3 draw at home to Roma.
A statement posted to social media read: "I would like to clarify some facts of today's match: First of all I regret how the end of the match has been portrayed.
"At no time has it been my intention to disobey the coach or any of his decisions. I think everything has been a misunderstanding in the heat of the final part of a match for a title.
"The coach thought I was not in a position to play on and my intention was to express that I was in good condition to continue helping the team, while the docs that had treated me arrived at the bench to give the message.
"I feel the image that has been portrayed was not my intention. I have full respect for the coach and his authority."
Legit.ng earlier reported that Chelsea fans have slammed goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga for his refusal to be substituted in Sunday's EFL Cup final at Wembley Stadium.
It will be recalled that the Spanish shotstopper shunned coming out for Willy Caballero after his manager Maurizio Sarri signaled for him to be removed.
He stopped Leroy Sane's penalty but was unable to keep others from finding the back of the net during penalties.
