Oleksandr Zinchenko was not allowed to lift the Carabao Cup by his Man City teammates following his reputation for handling the trophies.
The Ukraine international had a pretty decent game as Pep Guardiola's men retained the trophy for the second year following shoot-out win over Chelsea.
But the 22-year-old was not given the opportunity to lift the trophy aloft initially with his teammates refusing to give him the silverware when it was presented to them.
Zinchenko last year May, knocked the Premier League trophy off its plinth as City prepared to celebrate their Premier League success.
And the Ukrainian was snubbed as his team-mates seemed afraid the youngster would repeat last year's blunder.
Ayemeric Laporte was the second to the last player to collect the trophy but he moved on instead of handing it over to Zinchenko.

The League Cup was kept far way from the youngster's reach as the entire squad celebrated on the pitch.
Eventually, Zinchenko was was united with the third trophy of his professional career as he joined in with the celebrations.
Reacting to the snub on Twitter, scurf said: "That’s jokes."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Manchester City have been crowned the 2019 EFL Cup champions after beating Chelsea on penalties at the Wembley Stadium.
The Citizens beat Chelsea 4-3 on penalties after both teams failed to find the back of the net in open play after 120 minutes.
