President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly defeated PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abaubakar, at the polling unit of ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, Ogun state, on Saturday, February 23, 2019.
While the All Progressives Congress (APC) secured 87 votes in the presidential election, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) got just 18 votes, The Cable reports.
Also, reports reaching Legit.ng revealed that President Buhari won his polling unit, PU003 at Sarkin Yara ward A, in Daura local government of Katsina state.
The president scored 523 votes defeating the the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, who reportedly polled just only three votes.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reportedly that former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, cast his votes for presidential and National Assembly elections at about 11.15am at his Ward 11, unit 22, within Olusomi compound, Abeokuta, in Abeokuta North LGA of Ogun state.

Just before casting his vote, the former president was said to have leaned forward to check out the card reader.
