Tottenham Hotspur's Premier League title chase suffered a major set back after losing 2-1 to mid-table side Burnley at Turf Moor.
Chris Wood broke the deadlock for the home team in the 57th minute having played a goalless draw in the first half of the meeting.
The visitors seemed to be enjoying more possession but the result was not favouring them until injury-returnee, Harry Kane stepped up to level parity for his side in the 65th minute.
Both sides were looking like they would share the spoils after regulation period, but Sean Dyche's men showed once again why they are giants slayers.
As Ashley Barnes restored his side's lead with barely seven minutes to wrap proceedings up in the first EPL game of the day.
With about four minutes added by the referee, Mike Dean, Spurs were unable to find another equaliser as their aim of mounting pressure on both Liverpool and Man City failed.
