The general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has declared a spiritual war on kidnappers.

Pastor Adeboye expressed worry over continued incarceration of the Dapchi schoolgirl, Leah Sharibu and the remaining Chibok girls, Vanguard reports.

Legit.ng recalls that Sharibu was abducted from Government Girls Science and Technical Secondary School in Dapchi, Yobe state, on February 19, 2018, by Boko Haram.

Pastor Adeboye said: “Let us come against the activities of kidnappers, ritualists and cultists in Jesus’ name. Father expose them and all their collaborators in all their hideouts in our nation.

“Lord set confusion in the camps of ritualists, kidnappers and cultists as it was in the days of King Jehoshaphat, set enmity among kidnappers, cultists and ritualists for their extinct in our nation. (II Chronicles 20:22-23).

“Lord we decree and declare deliverance, by fire, for every one of us captured by kidnappers, ritualists and cultists in Jesus’ name. (Matthew 18:18).

“We decree and declare that our nation shall be totally free from kidnapping, rituals and cultism in Jesus’ name. Father help the Police to be more empowered in policing our territories, such that criminal acts will fade away in the land."

Legit.ng previously reported that Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) reportedly prayed for the successful return of Leah Sharibu, the only girl from Dapchi, Yobe state, left in the enclave of Boko Haram terrorists.

Adeboye, who had earlier prayed when the 110 school girls were abducted in February, 2018, was quoted as saying: “Lord, we ask that You (to) visit the camp of the captors and in a way that You alone can, see to the safe release and return of the missing girl, Leah Sharibu in Jesus name.

“Isaiah 49:25 says: ‘But thus saith the Lord, even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children’.
