- Mesut Ozil sent social media on frenzy after liking an Instagram post criticising Unai Emery's tactical approach against BATE Borisov
- The German star was left out of the squad for their 1-0 defeat to the Belarusian side in the first leg of their round of 32 tie
- Emery on his side claimed the midfielder didn't have enough training time as the reason for dumping the number 10 out of his club
Out-of-favour Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil appears to be angry with his manager Unai Emery after liking a comment questioning the Spaniard's tactics in Thursday's 1-0 loss to Bate Borisov.
Stanislaw Druhun's 45th minute lone strike was all the Belarusian side needed to coast to victory in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League clash.
Ozil has not featured for the Gunners since their 2-1 win over Cardiff City late last month - and his constant absence from the squad has raised eye-brow from several fans of the club.
The Mirror reported that the German star seen training with the team earlier in the week but was left out of the squad that suffered defeat last night.
Emery insisted that the players that were missing from the squad was due to their lack of enough training ahead of the match.
“The players we didn’t bring in the squad were because Aaron Ramsey did not train with us and Sokratis (Papastathopoulos) only started training yesterday and today – I don’t think it’s enough.

“Mesut is the same. (Pierre-Emerick) Aubameyang, after he was sick, trained on Monday, yesterday and today, and I think he’s OK for the match.”
Meanwhile, an Arsenal fan spotted the former Real Madrid star 'liking' an Instagram comment sent to him and which included a little jibe at Emery.
Fan 'faz28590' wrote: "We miss you bro. Keep fighting and stay strong. Show Emrey (sic), dumb pundits and whole world they are wrong."
Legit.ng earlier reported that Mesut Ozil remain unfazed at Arsenal despite being relegated to the bench by Unai Emery for the Gunners' Europa League encounter against BATE Borisov.
The Premier League side traveled without the German star ahead of their clash against the Belorussian giants for the first leg of the Europa League round of 32.
Ozil has not had the best of times since the arrival of Emery in the summer, playing a paltry 102 minutes of football this year.
