- Man United vs PSG Champions League clash saw the Red Devils unbeaten run in all competitions come to an end at Old Trafford
- Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappe both scored a goal each in the second half to power the visitors to 2-0 win
- Both sides clash again for the second leg of the clash in France next month
Two second half goals from Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappe were all Paris Saint Germain needed to overcome Manchester United in the first leg of their Champions round of 16 tie at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils came into this match on the back of their eleven match unbeaten run in all competition but their hope to stretch the figure to 12 collapsed in front of their home fans.
It was an end to end game in the first half as both sides failed to find the back of the net before Italian referee Presnel Kimpembe signaled the end of the stanza.
However, the French League champions returned to the pitch gun-blazing for the remainder of the game with Kimpembe breaking the deadlock in the 53rd minute.
The 23-year-old fired home a close range shot after connecting with Angel Di Maria's corner kick to hand his side the lead.
World Cup winning striker, Kylian Mbappe doubled the Parisians lead in the 60th minute - and once again, Di Maria gave the assist as PSG went two goals up with thirty minutes left to play.

Despite the fact that the visitors were without world's most expensive player Neymar and Edinson Cavani, Thomas Tuchel's men cruised to convincing victory away from home.
Meanwhile, this will be the first defeat for the Red Devils since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho in December 2018.
Though, they are in the top four on the log, United will hope to fight back and turn the result around when they visit Parc Des Princes for the second leg on March 6.
Frenchman Paul Pogba was handed marching order by the referee after being booked for the second time towards the end of the meeting.
This means that the former Juventus midfielder will be missing when both sides meet for the second leg in France next month.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Manchester United maintain their unbeaten run under interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer following their 3-0 win over Fulham at the Craven Cottage on Saturday.
Paul Pogba's brace and an Anthony Martial's lone strike earned the Red Devils top four promotion as the season continues in style.
They face French side PSG in their next game at Old Trafford in a bid to progress to the quarterfinal stage of the Champions League this term.
