According to him, the present administration lacked the bigger vision for the county and is far behind the wheels of economic progress.
He said: “It’s unfortunate we are in this situation. Our youths are complaining of lack of job. Nigerians are complaining of bad economy. But, our presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has mapped out plans to alleviate the suffering of the people, if voted into power."
Saraki also used the platform to eulogise Atiku who he said knew how to create jobs due to his vast experience and background in business and entrepreneurship, urging the people of the state to vote massively for the PDP candidate.
He said: “So, you must vote for Atiku, a man that understands how to create jobs, because, he did it in his private business. He has created thousands of jobs to the teeming youths and ready to do more, if given the mandate in 2019.
“The present administration doesn’t know how to create jobs. So, if you want hunger to continue and unemployment, you can continue that way. But, I know that Enugu people will not go that way. So, I enjoin you all to come out on February 16 and give 100 % vote to Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi for development of our country."
