Since the auditions for this year’s edition of highly coveted reality show Big Brother Nigeria, kicked off on Friday, February 1, 2019, social media has been set abuzz with different Nigerians reacting to the crowd at different audition grounds.
Legit.ng previously reported the early arrival of prospective housemates at audition centers across different parts of the state. Some overzealous youths got to the venues as early as 4am, which was against the announced call time of 7am.
Many had taken to social media to berate youths who had trouped out en masse, for seeing the reality show as an escape from poverty and an opportunity to make quick money.
Newly wed singer, Adekunle Gold, has also given a piece of his mind as he recently took to his social media page to charge the youths to show the same overzealous energy towards the forthcoming 2019 general elections.
The singer revealed that he was blown away by the size of the crowd he had seen from checking out videos and pictures from different audition centers. He added that the same desperation should be channeled towards voting.
