The lady identified as Simphiwe Mgcaleka had shared a thread revealing the contents of a note left by her 29-year-old uncle who had taken his own life. She explained that the note had revealed that her uncle was sexually abused by his mother.

According to the lady, she had kept the noted and never revealed that contents to anyone. She also stated that her 72-year-old grandmother is also an emotional abuser.

Mgcaleka further informed that she noticed that her grandmother has taken interest in her brother. She expressed that the woman would always want to use the bathroom whenever her brother is in the bathroom.

The lady revealed that she is scared of what might happen if they continue to live the way they do. However, she noted that she is scared that no one would believe what she has to say.

After hearing her story, Twitter users shared advise with the lady. Many asked her to protect her brother and show him the note, so he can be at alert and protect himself.

Some told the lady to ask for help and speak out, advising her that she would only suffer in silence if she doesn't do anything about it.

Others gave her advice on how to handle the situation. They asked her to record a confrontation with her grandma and make copies of the note.
