- Atiku Abubakar, PDP presidential candidate, has been cautioned not to accuse President Buhari of plotting to rig the forthcoming election
- According to Festus Keyamo, it’s like a 5-year old child accusing Anthony Joshua of taking performance-enhancing medicine in preparation of an exhibition fight between them
- Keyamo, however, declared that it is an absolute insult for Atiku to engage in the act
The director, strategic communications of the President Muhammadu Buhari's campaign organisation, Festus Keyamo (SAN), said it is an insult for PDP's flag bearer, Atiku Abubakar, to say the APC presidential candidate will rig the election.
Keyamo who made this known on his Twitter handle said: "When you see this, you will realize that it is an absolute insult for Atiku to accuse PMB of trying to rig.
"It’s like a 5-year old child accusing World Heavy Weight Champion, Anthony Joshua of taking performance-enhancing medicine in preparation of an exhibition fight between them."
Meanwhile, the director, strategic communications of the President Muhammadu Buhari's campaign organisation, Festus Keyamo (SAN), said Atiku recent promise to crash fuel price to N97 per litre is laughable.
Keyamo, in a statement published on Monday, November 5, and made available to Legit.ng said that with the state of the world economy presently, there is no way the price is possible.
The statement read: "Our attention has been drawn to a statement credited to the PDP a few days ago that its presidential candidate, H.E. Alhaji Atiku Abubakar will, if elected president, crash the pump price of petrol to N97 per litre.
"However, there is no better evidence of desperation and phantom promises by the main opposition’s candidate than this statement."
