Despite the common believe that all men regardless of where they come from are cut from the same coat, a Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson, has revealed that her days of dating Nigerian men have long been rolled up and locked in the past.
The screen diva was recently a guest on a celebrity cooking show, Cooks and Braggart, hosted by fellow Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Okoro, and she disclosed her state of mind particularly as it regards being romantically involved with Nigerian men.
Joined by a third guest, John Dumelo, the ladies discussed a wide range of topics while the actress hustled and bustled with putting together a delicacy.
When asked by the host about a date seeking post that she had put up on her Instagram page, Nelson disclosed that none of her followers made any attempt to reach her to go out on a date. She added that it could have been because they did not believe that she was truly searching.
The show host had pressed on with questions, asking the actress if she preferred Nigerian men or Ghanaian men. Yvonne Nelson had jokingly answered by saying she was done, with the third guest on the show interrupting her by teasingly mouthing the lyrics to the song of her former Nigerian lover, Iyanya.
