The internet has been buzzing with mixed reactions after a Twitter user shared photos of a what some people did to the manager of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC).
Frustration often makes people do the craziest things and this is clearly reflected in what happened between some aggrieved customers and the manager of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company.
According to a Twitter user who shared the story, a calabash was placed just outside the office building. In the photos share, the calabash is filled with unidentified objects and a photo of the manager, all soaked in what could possibly be palm oil or blood.
He wrote: "We haven't had power supply since morning... I was wondering what might have happened only to find out people in my area did this. They put Ritual (Ebo) in from of nepa office with the Manager's photo passport I just pity what condition this man would in right now"
The post sparked reactions from other users, some of defended the actions of the whoever dropped the charm, citing the inabilities of the electricity distribution workers to provide people with stable electricity.

While the motive behind putting a hex is yet to be ascertained, it is easy to assume that some customers who perhaps pay for electricity, are not satisfied with the services of the company and have decided to take matters into their own hands.
