Isaac Success, Super Eagles' forward, who plays for Watford in the Premier League was on Wednesday night, January 30, punished by the referee for snatching the ball from the ball-boy.

The incident happened at the Wembley stadium where Tottenham hosted Watford in a tough Premier League encounter which they won 2-1.

Pochettino’s side were 1-0 down with few minutes left to play thanks to Craig Cathcart’s first-half goal but scored twice before the full-time whistle securing a valuable three points in the process.

But when it remained two minutes to the end of the added time, the ball ran out of play in which the ball boy made some delay to release the ball beside the touchline.

And out of annoyance coupled with the hope that his team would still get the equalizer Isaac Success got the ball from the ball boy forcefully.

His action did not go well with the center referee who immediately called the Nigerian football star and gave him a yellow card.

This season in the Premier League, Isaac Success has made 23 appearances for Watford scoring one goal and provided no assist.

With the 2-1 win over Watford, Tottenham are now occupying third position on the Premier League standings, while Watford occupy ninth after 24 games.
