The Spaniard will have to compete for playing time with Alex Iwobi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who is currently sidelined with a foot injury.

He managed to score 8 goals and has won five trophies: a league, two Copas del Rey and two Spanish Super Cups. With Barça B he made 36 appearances.

Suarez's representatives are reported to be in the final stage of negotiations with Arsenal over the possibility of the Spaniard moving to the North London club.

The 25-year-old who played under the Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, at Sevilla in 2014-15, has barely featured for Barcelona this season, making only eight appearances.
