As a Nigerian musical act, the best way to stay relevant in the music industry is by dropping hit songs consistently for your audience. However, Nigerian rap sensation, Ice Prince, has revealed in an interview that he is not pressured to make hit songs.
The Oleku crooner who recently sat for an interview in an edition of Off The Top With VJ Adams disclosed that he was not looking to repeat the successes of some of the biggest songs he has recorded in his career.
He made it known in the interview that sometimes as an artiste, the intention behind releasing new music is not always to make it a hit song.
Ice Prince revealed that making music to him is sometimes about expressing some of his personal feelings or simply making conscious music about what is going on in the society.
The rap act went on to reveal when asked about marriage, that he was not under any sort of pressure to commit to a life partner. Although, he mentioned that he definitely hopes to start a family of his own someday. He stressed that he was not mentally ready at the moment.

When asked if it was easier for him to record songs when he is within the comforts of his house, the rapper responded saying, he could make music anywhere.
