Despite the recent call for boycotts of court processes by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) due to the suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, the Bauchi chapter of the NBA have continued with the normal activities.
The state chapter of the association rejected the call for the boycott of court sitting across all states in Nigeria by its headquarters.
In a statement released by the Bauchi state chapter of the NBA, and signed by the state chairman and secretary, Barrister M.M Maidoki and A.S Gumba respectively said the order given by the association's national body was uncalled for.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that the Centre for International and Strategy Studies, has commended President Muhammadu Buhari on the suspension of Justice Onnoghen.
The CISS breaking its long silence on the controversy rocking the presidency and the judiciary said President Buhari's action against the CJN was a right step in the right direction.

CISS president, David Bamidele, aid the suspension of the CJN, Justice Onnoghen by President Buhari in compliance with the order of the CCT was not only reasonable and timely, but necessary to salvage the partly battered image of the Nigerian judiciary.
He said the president's decision was to protect democracy from the class of the few bad characters in the judicial and political system.
