Man calls out police officers who allegedly shot an unarmed citizen in Benin

In what appears to be a case of police brutality, a young man has taken to his social media page to call out some officers of the law for allegedly shooting a young man.

A social media user identified as Carrick Dublin recently took to his Instagram page with a video post in which some officers of the law were spotted punishing a set of young men in Benin.

The user had gone on to reveal that the men were caught unarmed by officials of the police force, however, when one of them tried to escape, he was allegedly shot by one of the policemen as seen in a video that has gone viral.

He said: “This happened in Benin city some Armed police men caught some innocents boy's and they were not with any weapon, Then one was trying to Escape and he was shot dead at the spot.....The Questions is What's is happening in Nigeria?”
