Meet Bobby Norris, man who spent N4.3m on beard transplant (photos)

It is a common saying that looking good is good business. For this reason, people in the spotlight often go to great lengths to always improve their appearance even if it means spending a fortune.

All over the world, men with beards are seen as more attractive than those without it and several ladies even attest to the fact that they would choose a bearded man over a beardless one.

Perhaps many beardless men have been left insecure and would do anything to also be considered attractive and also boost their confidence level. recently gathered that The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) movie star, Bobby Norris, recently admitted to having a beard transplant surgery so as to be more confident with his body.

The 32-year-old actor and presenter revealed this after he made his first public appearance at the National Television Awards (NTA).

In a chat with The Sun, the reality TV star revealed that his beard transplant makes him feel more confident and he is looking forward to making more appearances on TOWIE.

He said: “I’ve had a little cheeky beard transplant done.”

Speaking further, he said: “So I’m feeling really excited and more confident already. Looking forward to getting into the new series of TOWIE.”

The transplant which is said to have cost £9,000 involved hairs from the nape of his neck grafted onto his face.

However, Norris faced a lot of criticism from trolls who called him several names and even compared him to the human Ken doll. In reaction to the negative comments, he took to his Instagram page to slam his haters. See the video below:

Meanwhile previously reported on five Nigerian celebrities who are rumoured to have undergone plastic surgeries.

Although it has been considered an abominable act by some celebs who feel people who carry out cosmetic surgeries on themselves have self-esteem issues, this opinion has done nothing to stop others from doing it.

These days, almost everyone either loves a very curvaceous body and this has pushed quite a few into altering their bodies. While some are open about it, others have kept it under wraps.

Some of the celebs listed include Toke Makinwa, Dabota Lawson, Tonto Dikeh, to mention a few.
