The Nigerian entertainment industry might seem strenuous and hard to break into for some while others find it quite rewarding, going by the number of stars who appear to be living the good life.
In the past a number of celebrities have acquired luxury properties for themselves including beautiful mansions, especially the female stars.
This has raised questions among fans who wonder why only the actresses seem to be making it while their male colleagues claim that the movie industry is not rewarding.
Recently 27-year-old actress, Linda Osifo, took to her Instagram page to show off her newly acquired mansion as she explained how she used to squat with people and all.
Many of her fans and colleagues rejoiced with her while other sceptical fans were not buying the gist that she is able to afford the house from her acting proceeds.
A few of them took to social media to air their opinions. See some interesting reactions below:
Linda Osifo has starred in movies such as Fifty (series), Tinsel, Rumour has it, Desperate Housewives Africa, to name a few.
Meanwhile Legit.ng previously reported that Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, recently re-addressed rumours that she is dating the governor of Lagos state, Akinwunmi Ambode.
On Saturday, October 6, 2018, rumour had it that Aigbe is in a relationship with a serving governor. That was not all, it was also reported that the mother-of-two allegedly received a mansion from him.
The actress who recently turned 41, has addressed the rumour that she had an affair with a serving governor. The actress was accused of being involved in the scandal after she bought a mansion.
The rumour went viral after a cryptic post identified Aigbe as an actress who had a secret affair with a married governor. The post had claimed that she was introduced to the governor by a friend.
However, the actress debunked the rumour at her 41st birthday celebration in Toronto, Canada. She expressed that people started making claims because they do not know the source of her success.
