Man United reignite move to sign Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic

- Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic is again being linked with a move to Manchester United

- The 29-year-old is also on the radar of Spanish side Atletico Madrid

- Perisic is under contract with Inter Milan until 2022

Manchester United have reportedly reignited their interest to sign Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic this winter transfer window.

According to Daily Star report citing Italian news channel Gazzetta dello Sport, Man United and Atletico Madrid are keen to landing the Croatia winger, who was repeatedly linked with the Red Devils under ex-boss Jose Mourinho.

The report further revealed that Serie A outfit are insisting on getting a replacement for the 29-year-old before sanctioning a deal.

Interestingly, the main reason why Inter are eager to offload Perisic is due to his poor form, netting three times in 18 Serie A games.

Previously, the San Siro dwellers wanted Anthony Martial to be included in a swap deal, but with the Frenchman enjoying a new lease of life at Old Trafford that option will no longer hold.

The Amsterdam-born Bergwijn penned a new long-term contract that will see him remain at PSV Eindhoven until 2022.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Inter Milan are set for a showdown talks with Man United for Paul Pogba as a bait to see Ivan Perisic head to Old Trafford.

According to a UK Daily Mail report citing Italian news channel Tuttosport, Man United boss Jose Mourinho is keen on Inter Milan pair Perisic and defender Milan Skriniar, in the coming transfer window in January.

The report further hinted that the San Siro dwellers are set to name Giuseppe Marotta as their new CEO following his exit from Juventus and is ready to splash the cash next summer.
