Real Madrid are willing to step up their pursuit for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen as they are willing to include on loan midfielder James Rodriguez plus cash for the Dane.
Rodriguez is currently unsettled at Bayern Munich under new manager Niko Kovac despite having an impressive first season at the Allianz Arena.
But the Colombian international who has been hampered with injury problems this season has played just 90 minutes in his 12 matches in all competitions.
However the ex-Monaco star's stock is still high in the transfer market as top clubs including Arsenal, Juventus and Napoli have been linked to secure his signature.

On the other hand, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy had slapped a hefty €250million price tag on Eriksen with the intention of driving away intending suitors.
The 26-year-old has scored four goals in 23 matches in all competitions and has been a key member of Mauricio Pochettino's squad this season.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Spanish giants Real Madrid will face stiff competition from Manchester City and Chelsea in quest to price away Christian Eriksen.
According to a UK Sun report citing AS, the Galaticos are eager to seal a move for the 26-year-old Danish playmaker, who is dragging to extend his stay at Tottenham.
