The feud between Nigerian singers Blackface and 2baba has been going on for quite some time. After the official declaration of war by Blackface, 2baba has now responded to his former mate in a new interview.
It would be recalled that Legit.ng had previously gathered a report about the latest development in feud between the former members of defunct music group Plantashun Boiz. One of the ex-members of the group Blackface, had taken to his social media page to call out another member, 2baba, and declared the start of an open war between them.
Legit.ng also reported in a new development that the singer who had declared war on his former mate, had also taken credit for building the name of sensational music group that rocked the late 90s.
In a fresh turn of events, 2baba has now responded to his former music mate in an interview with MAX 102 FM. The legendary singer had disclosed that he had no problem with Blackface. He explained further that only the aggrieved musician could explain the problem he had with him.
2baba in the interview had referred to one of his old songs, saying “I no fit explain your own problem, because me I dey my corner just dey maintain my problem" . He then went on to add that it was only Blackface that could explain the nature of the problem he had with him.

The legendary singer also expressed that he had tried everything in his power to see that he and his former music mate were able to bury the hatchet and move on from the age long feud. It would be recalled that a third member of the defunct musical group, Faze, had tried severally to make peace between his former mates but to no avail.
In other news, Legit.ng had previously reported a story where sensational singer Timaya had referred to 2baba as the only legend in the Nigerian music industry. He made the claim in an interview with Sound City Fm.
