Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly battling for the signature of Brazil youngster Emerson.
The 20-year-old defender currently plays for Atletico Mineiro in the Brazilian League and his superb performances has attracted interests from top European clubs this transfer window.
His current deal with the Estadio Independencia outfit until 2022 having joined them from Associação Atlética Ponte Preta in April 2018.
Talk Sport quoting Mundo Deportivo reveals that Barcelona are also interested in adding the right back into their squad to boost their defensive ranks.
Other clubs in the chase for the highly rated Brazil U-20 defender are Watford, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan and Valencia.
Meanwhile, both the Gunners and the Reds appears more interested in the player as they currently have issues in that department.
