- Real Madrid are said to have reached an agreement with Chelsea star Eden Hazard
- The Belgian forward has been on the radar of the Los Blancos since Ronaldo left last summer
- Hazard has however shown he wants to leave the Stamford Bridge after refusing to sign a new deal with the club
Chelsea star Eden Hazard has reportedly reached an agreement to join La Liga giants Real Madrid in the summer.
The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stamford Bridge after failing to extend his stay with the Premier League side.
He has been a top performer for the Blues since the start of this season - scoring 12 goals and 10 assists in all competitions so far.
The Russia 2018 bronze winning star has however refused to sign a contract extension with the club.
According to Tribal Football quoting Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda revealed on El Chiringuito that Hazard has agreed to join the Los Merengues next season.
"Real Madrid has a pre-agreement with Hazard and it is for €13m net per season plus €1m in case the league is won, another if he is Ballon d'Or and €1.5m if he is a European champion.
"And the contract is for five seasons."

Real have failed to land a quality replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo who joined Juventus last summer and they are hoping they can land the attacker to fill his void.
They are expected to cough out at least €100 million for the superstar - but the La Liga side will launch a bid of €75m for the star.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Eden Hazard has made up his mind to stay at Chelsea until the end of the ongoing Premier League season and then leaves for possible move to Real Madrid.
Since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo at the Santiago Bernabeu, Los Blancos' chiefs have been looking for a replacement in which Hazard has emerged as a target.
And according to the latest report by Marca, Eden Hazard is ready to reject any contract offers from Chelsea even though his current deal will expire in the next 18 months.
