Secondus said the APC has failed Nigeria and should be thrown out, and that Atiku is fully equipped for the challenges of governance.
He said: “The choice before us is between competence and incompetence, between broken promises and a man ready and equipped for the job."
Secondus reminded the crowd that Atiku's late mother was from Dutse and assured them that they won't regret voting for the candidate.
According to the national chairman, incalculable damage had been done to the country by the APC.
Alhaji Sule Lamido, the former Jigawa governor, who also spoke at the rally, also berated the APC, saying the ruling party's incompetence and lack of direction had destroyed the country.
