Manchester United has revealed that Scott McTominay has penned an extension to his present contract.
According to statement on the Red Devils official website, the new deal will see McTominay remain at Old Trafford until June 2023, with an option to additional year.
Speaking moments after signing the dotted lines, the 22-year-old, who is excited to remain at the club says he will continue learning at the ‘Theater of Dreams.’
“Manchester United has been my life since the age of five and playing for the club I've always supported is all I've ever wanted to do.

“I'm still young and I'm learning all the time from the manager, his coaching staff and from the world-class players in the squad,” McTominay said.
Earlier, Lgit.ng reported that Man United will battle Real Madrid for Brazilian defender Eder Militao during the summer transfer window.
According to Daily Mail report, the Los Blancos sealed a verbal deal for the 21-year-old to join to move to the Santiago Bernabeu, but United are keen on signing the Porto defender.
At the last count, four other Premier League sides that include Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton are also eyeing the highly-rated centre-back, who can also deputize as a right-back or holding midfielder.
