Man narrates how his friend who had financial issues gave tithe from the money he borrowed her

Tithe giving has been a controversial issue on social media for some time. A young man has now taken to his Twitter platform to share his experience with a friend.

A Twitter user who identifies himself as Senate President (@HrhKingAlex) recently took to his social media page to narrate how he had loaned a female friend some money after she had approached him due to financial issues she was experiencing.

The lady after receiving the loan of N100,000 had contacted him again asking for an additional loan of N10,000. She has explained to him that she had paid her tithes in church the previous day, hence the need for the extra loan.

In the tweet, the social media user had simply referred to the lady’s action as madness. See his tweet below:

His followers were quick to ask if he did not proceed to grant her the loan. The man, however, revealed in a comment under his tweet that he went ahead to give her the money she had requested.

Some of his followers were of the opinion that he should not have honored her request the second time as she would end up tithing with the money a second time.

Meanwhile, still on the case of tithing, it would be recalled that controversial radio superstar Daddy Freeze has revealed that he continues to pay tithes as reported by Legit.ng. The radio star that has been controversial for his stance on tithing made the revelation in an interview with a TV host Hero Daniels.
