According to him, it was Buhari that brought back the respect other countries have Nigeria after the government of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) allegedly destroyed the country.

Oshun noted that under Buhari, some world leaders have had cause to visit Nigeria adding that this was a major achievement on the part of the APC-led government.

He pleaded with residents of Lagos that to return the All Progressives Congress to government if truly they wanted to see a constantly better state and country.

Asked if he thinks the economy fared better under Buhari, Oshun blamed the PDP for plunging the country into the crisis that the president had been battling to solve.

He argued that no one can expect what had been damaged for 16 years to be rebuilt within three to four years.

"What this man is doing to put Nigeria where it truly belongs, making sure the country can compete with the world.

"Years before he came into government, nobody wanted to have any dealing with Nigeria, but in the last four years, we have seen the German chancellor visit Nigeria, we have seen the prime minister of Britain visit Nigeria.

"When was the last time you saw it happen? It shows there is something he is doing right.

"This man is an asset to us and wants us to remain one. Look at the developmental strides under his government and how would see that he has not centred it on his state but spread same across Nigeria.
