Tottenham star Harry Kane suffered a worrying injury during their 0-1 defeat by Manchester United on Sunday at Wembley.
The Three Lion forward collided with Man United’s Phil Jones in the closing moments of the game and found it tough walking at the blast of the final whistle.
According to UK Metro report citing Sky Sports, Tottenham manager insists he is unaware of the extent of the injury, but was quick to admit it could be tough times for the north London dwellers
“Now there’s a little bit of swelling, we hope it’s not a big issue but he was limping after the game,” Pochettino was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
“That is my worry, that is our worry. It was a bad tackle in the last moment from a player from Manchester United. It wasn’t an intention, but it was a bad tackle.

“Son is going to the Asian Cup, if Harry Kane suffers an injury it will be a massive problem for us,” added the Argentine football tactician.
Moussa Sissoko also added to Tottenham’s injury woes after limping out in the first half and was replaced by Erik Lamela.
Reacting on the double injury, Pochettino, who is troubled with the sad development revealed during his post-match press conference that both players will undergo further checks to ascertain the gravity of the injuries.
“What I’m worried about is we’ll see with Harry Kane.
“Moussa is only a small thing, but we need to assess Harry Kane. In the end I think he suffered a big tackle and twisted his ankle.
“Now we need to assess him in the next few days, hoping it’s not a big issue.
“For Moussa, it was his groin, a small thing in his groin. We hope it’s not a big issue too,” submitted Pochettino, who insists Vincent Janssen cannot replace Kane.
“No, he’s not in my plans."
Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Manchester United defeated Tottenham 1-0 on Sunday at the Wembley Stadium to record their sixth consecutive victory.
Marcus Rashford scored the only goals of the match as United in the first half as United are now level on points with Arsenal in fifth on the log.
