Premier League giants Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Zenit St-Petersburg midfielder Leandro Paredes this month.

Meanwhile, some Chelsea fans have begun to react wildly to the video shared by Paredes on social media saying: “Welcome to Chelsea FC fella,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
