Reigning Italian champions Juventus have reportedly made it clear to Premier League giants Chelsea that they will have to pay 32 million to sign Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain.

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has been looking for ways to bring Higuain to Stamford Bridge since he arrived in London as he believes that the striker can help his team.

Recently, Nicolas who is the brother and agent of Gonzalo Higuain was said to have flown to England so as to try and finalize a deal with the Blues' chiefs for the transfer of his client.

Chelsea want Gonzalo Higuain as replacement for Alvaro Morata who has not been impressive for the Blues this season in all competition.

And according to the latest report by Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus have told Chelsea that they must pay the previous agreed price for them to have the signature of Higuain this summer.

Gonzalo Higuain is currently playing on loan for AC Milan, and the Italian club are also planning to sign him on a permanent basis.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are currently occupying fourth position on the Premier League standings with 44 points after 21 games played this season.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Premier League giants Chelsea completed the signing of 20-year-old American football star Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund for £58 million.

But the winger who had been linked to Liverpool will be loaned back to the Bundesliga side until the end of the ongoing League season in Europe.

Chelsea have beaten a number of Premier League clubs to the signing and the winger will join Maurizio Sarri's men in the summer.
