Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is already gearing up for Serie A return after enjoying winter break with his partner and kids in Dubai.

The 33-year-old, who posted a picture of himself and Anthony Joshua while in the Gulf country resumed training on Tuesday morning.

Having concluded his gym session, the former Real Madrid star took to Instagram to show off his impressive physique.

Ronaldo is expected to be in action for the Old Lady when they battle Bologna in the Coppa Italia round of 16 on Saturday.

This will be Juve's first game since they went on break late last year, while they face AC Milan in the final of the Supercoppa Italiana on Wednesday, January 16.

Massimiliano Allegri's men lead the league table by nine points and Ronaldo is looking to win many honours with his side this season.

"I don't work to break records, rather I work for the good of the club,' he told Record via Football Italia.

"2018 was the best year of my career. In Serie A they mark me as tightly as they do in Spain, but there's less space here because all the teams have excellent defences.

"Winning the Champions League is a dream, but we mustn't make it an obsession. Team trophies count and I'm working to win them.

"Everyone in Turin welcomed me in a fantastic way. We're all feeling very good. I don't know when my career will end, but I'm fine and I want to keep going for many more years.

"Will I go back to Sporting like Nani? In football you never know... It was the right decision to leave the national momentarily, but I'll be back in 2019."

Ronaldo has 14 goals and five assists in 15 Italian League matches since he joined his present club in August 2018.
