Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has newly acquired a £1.2million property just a few months after buying a £1.8million mansion.
The modest house has a five-bedroom, similar to the one the England international bought as his first property.
However the 21-year-old could use the newly bought house as a buy-to-let investment in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The Red Devils forward has already applied for planning consent to install electric gates and build a wall on one side of the land.
Rashford who is currently on a £6million-per-year earnings which includes wages and endorsements and launched his own business — Mucs Properties — in 2017.
His latest three-storey acquisition is on a new housing development near Sir Alex Ferguson’s home.

In 2018, the United academy graduate increased security measures on his mansion after footballers were targeted by hoodlums.
Rashford installed cameras as well as locks that shut off sections of the house in an emergency situation.
